Thank you Sir, may I have another?

He did it again. The Oklahoma City Marathon was this weekend and Stan and Ian ran together. It's one thing to run one marathon, but to continue training and do it all over again is quite another. We are so proud of him. He feels pretty good about it as well. After the first one he said never again. After this one, he wasn't quite certain. Tough guy. Ugh, now it's my turn... Anyway, here are some pics. We had a great weekend, saw our good friends and stayed in a SWANKY hotel. The girls thought they were in a Palace. It's okay to let princesses jump on their royal beds, right?

We finally met Sweet Elise!! She is the most precious little girl and she took to Stan like a little puppy.

The girls are in love with Omri and Olivia. Here they are all taking a shower together...

Here are Lexi's "scupltures" she insisted on photographing. :-)

Superheros and Busyman

The girls had a playdate with their sweet friend Gabriella. They decided to play "Superhero Princess." Ainsley had to be the princess and they rescued her from the top bunk. It was a pretty funny to listen to since they are still all so girlie and afraid to do anything too superheroesque.
Anderson is still not interested in walking by himself. BUT, he climbs on every single thing he can find. I almost fainted when I looked up the other day and he had climbed up the BIG slide all the way to the top in a matter of seconds. I finally made it to him. He looked at me, BEAMED, turned around and threw his little body forward to slide down. I guided him, of course. But, he didn't notice. He really scares me right now.... Here he is with Lexi loving on him.

Happy Birthday Jack!

Our favorite boy cousin has turned 1. It was a super fun party. Great food, fabulous decorations and more toys than should be allowed. The girls couldn't wait to see their "Aunt Shellie" (take from Cinderella - they worship her) and their "Uncle Silly." Anderson couldn't wait to hang out with his buddy Jack. I can only imagine the birthday parties these two will share over the years... We ended up staying 5 hours. Is that okay???? Yikes. Anderson had a nice looooong nap and the girls couldn't get enough of the attention. Jack, the main man stayed awake the entire party! Pretty impressive for a first bday party. I have never seen him so happy! He really seemed to know it was all about him! Here is the big bugalug eating his cake!

Mammy & Roro were the perfect audience getting it all captured. It's good to start early getting used to the paparatzi...

Mammy from this moment on will now be known as Super Mammy (I'm working on getting her a cape...). She assembled every toy Jack received. She babysat Jack the entire party so mommy & daddy could play host. She took pictures and then cleaned up. Oh and she beamed the whole time b/c Jack kept charming her.

Hey look - Uncle Silly can smile!! :D

Happy 1st Birthday Jack!

Wonderful Easter

It's official, Stan is Catholic. 9 months of classes all for one amazing night. The Easter Vigil, a whopping 4 hours long, flew by. It's the mother of all Vigils and it was really AMAZING. Stan did great. Anderson on the other hand fussed most of the time. Our church's vestibule is really nice. :) But, Anderbuddy and I were there for the big moment of his Baptism, Confirmation and First Communion.

Proud Godparents

He is a little disappointed that they didn't teach him the secret handshake or give him his tattoo. I told him he has to be Catholic for at least 10 years before they share any of THAT!

Science Expirement

I can honestly say neither of the girls climbed straight from the couch to the table.
