2L, 2, K, PK

The girls and Stan started school last week. Everyone seemed ready to go back... The girls were very excited. Stan is ready to get it overwith, I think.

Anderson had his first day of school TODAY. They rotate the younger kids in 1 or 2 at a time. He was pretty excited and very excited to wear his school shoes. "My sketchers!" He shows strangers on the street his shoes... He said, "I'll miss you Mommy. " AND, he turned around and waved at me when he got in the school. He is the sweetest thing that ever was.

I'm not gonna cry... I'm not... :(

Last Day Of Summer

But, I don't WANT to send them back to school.... Anyhoo, it was a good day for them on their official last day of summer. I drove while daddy wake boarded and the girls swam and swam and said, "this is fun!" Buddy falls asleep almost every time... Probably the hum of the engine... Or the being 3 part.

Bye-bye summer....

His Turn

So, Anderson has been dragged around for 3 years to every girl activity possible. He has been soo good and so patient. Now, it's his turn. He is taking a "lil sluggers" class. He loooooooves it! I mean, LOVES it. He is so funny to watch. The girls even love to watch him. They get bored of sitting, then they turn and start watching him and laugh and laugh and cheer. It's just so fun. Lexi said, "mom, he is great. He's going to play professional baseball when he grows up."

Today, Anderson said:
Mom, I like baseball shirts. I need a lot of baseball shirts. I want a shirt with baseball on it. Where is my baseball shirt?

Mom, I need a baseball hat. We don't have one, buddy. We don't have one? Let's go buy a baseball hat. Now. Before baseball. Pweease.

I feel bad because we do NOT have a ball cap for him. We had one then lost it a long time ago. Anyway, so I found this hat. So, he is kind of not suited
up right, yet... But, I'll try and get on that this week.
Here he is in class and trying to get me to guess where his arms are....

American Girl Bistro

We ate lunch at the American Girl Bistro. So much fun and worth the $18 a head price. The girls brought their dolls and a seat was provided for the dolls. So fancy, the girls had a wonderful time. Our sweet friends invited us to go, thank goodness b/c I'm bad about doing these things all on my own. Here is Ainsley & Elizabeth and Alexandra & Kit.

Locks of Love

Alexandra got her hair cut and is donating her hair to locks of love. At first she said, I want to keep it forever, put it in a bag and label it "Lexi's hair at 7!" Then she said, but the better thing to do would be to donate it. She LOVES her new haircut. She said, "Mom, I love it! I feel like I'm younger, I feel like I'm 4!" Which cracked me up... But, she was meaning 4 b/c that was the last time she had a big haircut....

It is VERY difficult to get a non-silly picture of her!!!

Fishing Fun

Stan took the team fishing with one of our friends. They have been begging to go for a long time, in fact for Fathers Day, they bought him a fishing pole and other supplies. Every had a great time and it sounded like one of their favorite parts were playing with the worms!!
