Another Injury

Ouch! Buddy fell on the playground at school... It was small, but a deep gash thingy... Poor baby. We went to the ER clinic and they glued it shut. And, they gave him a bear he named, "bear bear" for being so brave! Between the broken arms, black eyes, busted feet and every other injury that occured for all the kids - I'm hoping they make it through childhood...

Not so fun

Lexiloo got "Heelys" for her birthday. 2nd time out, she fell and broke her wrist. Ugh... This is her first time to have a broken bone. She said, "Mom, I didn't know it would be this much pain. When Ainsley had her cast, it just looked like fun." Poor baby. She'll have a splint for a week (for the swelling to go down) and then a cast for 5 weeks after that. :(

Mall Day

The other day after school we went to the mall. They got excited at the thought (we rarley go) and ran upstairs and packed purses. They dug into their piggy banks which I wasn't too thrilled about, but it is their money. But, they had a great time and got the opportunity to really notice how much things cost. Alexandra brought $7.38. Ainsley brought $6.75. Alexandra looked all over to find something to buy and kept saying, "wow, Mom that is expensive!" Finally, she found something that was $6.95 and was so excited! She went to the register and had the opportunity to learn about taxes! She had to borrow money from her sister to complete the transaction.

We had a good time walking around. I tried to get some cute pics of them but it's so hard to get all 3 of the looking at me and happy at the same time.

Here are the girls with their purses. Buddy didn't get a purse.
