Easter was fun this year. After Mass, we went to an Easter egg hunt hosted by Uncle Lathan and Aunt Shelly. The Easter Bunny even came. Great party, it is a nice tradtion!

1. You will set the tone for the sexual relationship, so don't take something away from her that you can't give back.

2. Play a sport. It will teach you how to win honorably, lose gracefully, respect authority, work with others, manage your time, and stay out of trouble. And maybe even throw or catch.

3. Use careful aim when you pee. Somebody's got to clean that up, you know.

4. Save money when you're young because you'll need it some day.

5. Allow me to introduce you to the dishwasher, oven, washing machine, iron, vacuum, mop and broom. Now please go use them.

6. Pray and be a spiritual leader.

7. Don't ever be a bully and don't ever start a fight, but if some idiot clocks you, please defend yourself.

8. Your knowledge and education is something that nobody can take away from you.

9. Treat women kindly. Forever is a long time to live alone and it's even longer to live with somebody who hates your guts.

10. Take pride in your appearance.

11. Be strong and tender at the same time.

12. A woman can do everything that you can do. This includes her having a successful career and you changing diapers at 3 A.M. Mutual respect is the key to a good relationship.

13. "Yes ma'am" and "yes sir" still go a long way.

14. The reason that they're called "private parts" is because they're "private". Please do not scratch them in public.

15. Peer pressure is a scary thing. Be a good leader and others will follow.

16. Bringing her flowers for no reason is always a good idea.

17. Be patriotic.

18. Potty humor isn't the only thing that's humorous.

19. Please choose your spouse wisely. My daughter-in-law will be the gatekeeper for me spending time with you and my grandchildren.

20. Remember to call your mother because I might be missing you.

I love attachment parenting. I love cosleeping with those sweet babies. This picture is beautiful. The only difference between that picture and our bed is we have more crumbs, laptop and various toys.... But it is just beautiful.

Mom, I can give you instructions on how to make waffles.  Are you ready? 

If you don't have waffles, buy some.
If you do, get one.
Put it in a white thing.
Do you push it up or down?
Ok push it down, then the fire comes on.
Then it will pop up like that.
Then you put on a plate.
Then you can put butter on it or you can put syrup on it.You you can cut it OR you can leave it in a circle.


Would you like to know how to make eggs?

 

If don't have eggs, go buy some.

If you have some, get how how many you want.
Crack the shell, put the egg in, not the shell. Throw the shell away.
Put the heat on.
When it's ready, you turn the heat off.
Then there is your egg. Then you eat it on a plate with a fork.
You can put pepper on it.

Kindergarten Boys

What is cuter than a group of kindergarten boys? I can't think of anything. Each of these boys are so CUTE to me. Ugh, I do not want Anderson to grow up...

Hey, at least he can read and write now... Check that capitalization and he remebered his period.  ;)

Spring Break part Birthday

The birthday boy's day started with his first doughnut hole with sprinkles.  Then of course, we had to have our photoshoot! 

Then we ran an errand.  Mom, let us get the big cart. No. Pleeease. No. Pleeeeeeease! NO!  Mom, it's Whit's birthday! Fine, you want that nightmare cart, you push it.

Finally came the big moment.... I have to admit that I think he may be a bit of a pyro.  We have decided his offical first word is, "Hot."  Said in a breathy, "Haaaaaaaaa."


Happy birthday you fantastic little baby!!!!  We love you more than anything! We are so lucky to have you in our family.

Our good friends, Amy, Scott and Elise blew into townm, took us out and bought us dinner, spoiled the kids with presents.  As always, they are so much fun to have around!  Can't wait to OU/tx to see them again.

It was a fantastic Spring Break.  It just went too fast.
