Last days of summer, first day of school

We cleaned, we played, we swam.  I don't want summer to be over, but today, it is.  Here were our last days of summer.  Here is Whit's new ride.

I had a groupon for Jumpstreet, kids had fun.  Whit really wanted to ride that bull..... AG has the big Neon bow, we went back to jumpstreet for a back to school party.  The kids got t-shirts and they signed their shirts.  She had a blast.

Meet Diedie and beep beep.  Lightening McQueen is Diedie and any other cars are beep beeps.  The obession is soo big none of the other kids ever came this close to being so obessesed with something.  Nonstop begging to see pictures or the movie.  The girls put pictures on their phone and run a slide show for him.  It's hilarious.  I can't even write this without him screaming, he sees what he wants!  Whit is either holding cars, arranging cars, playing with cars stickers or sleeping with multiple cars.  The first thing he says when he wakes up is, die die.  It's kind of scary.

 Lexi plays with her food.

Ainsley Grace decided she wants to start riding in a carseat again.

The dogs are unimpressed with all the activity.

Lexi went to the lake with her friends and she got up on water skis and the wake board!  She had soooo much fun!

Dallas got some awesome rain and beautiful weather for August.  Here are the kids playing in the rain... They got itchty so it only lasted about 30 minutes. Ha.

Here is sweet lulu.  She did such a good job at school last year we rewarded her with a dinner at Simply Fondue and gave her $20.  She was hap-pay, hap-pay, hap-pay.  Here are her hyrogliphics on teh side walk, too.

Brother Love.

Loud kids at the doctors office. And Ainsley Grace pulled these old cheap sunglasses out of the trash and gave them new life.

We were driving one day and I saw a semi being towed.  I asked the kids, "I wonder why that semi is on the highway driving backwards?!"  They were freaking out!  Could not figure it out.  Was so funny.

Before school let out for summer, the kids wanted a day where we went to the KCPool when it opened and left when it closed.  I put it off as long as I could but last Friday was the big day.  I didn't get many pictures, but they were there from 10am to 10pm.  They had a total blast.  Turned out fun.  Thank goodness Stan relieved me about 7:30!

Well, summer is over now.  Officially over as of this morning.  It just snuck up on us, I don't know how it goes so fast.  Bye little babies, I love you.  Here is to a wonderful 2nd, 4th and 6th grade year.
