Summer Reading

The kids have been reading like crazy this summer.  There are the Bluebonnet reading goals for Lexi.  But the other two are loving just going to the library and picking out books.  Whit?  Not so much.  I've been in trouble twice bc he does a maniac run-stumble-walk to various spots of the library.... it's really hard to keep up with that little man.

Here is my Superhero checking in with the Librarian telling her about the book he read the week before.....

These sweet girls.  They read their book then they take a test.  The school librarian opens the doors in the summer for the kids to take their AR tests so they don't forget everything during the summer....

Of course Anderson, Whitaker and I have to kill time while the girls are taking care of business.  Whit found something to do.......

On another note.....I love this leg sooo much.

Here is AG in the 3rd grade hall playing with brother.... She was cracking up.

I remember going to the library in the hot summer as a kid. It was cool and quiet inside. I loved it!
